The McCowan Memorial Library Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the library.
The Board of Trustees does not meet in June, July, August, and December.

Library Museum Passes
The Friends of the McCowan Library have provided the funds for several museum passes that are available to be checked out to McCowan adult cardholders in good standing.

Patrons may reserve passes up to two weeks in advance of use, and must pick up passes the day before and return them the day after.

Passes must be returned at the Circulation Desk.

There is a late fee of $5.00 per day up to $20.00. If lost, the patron is responsible for the full cost of replacement.

Patrons are responsible for cancelling pass reservations if they can not use the pass.

Patron are responsible for obtaining information on museum hours, parking, directions, and other pertinent information.

The McCowan Library reserves the right to impose limits on pass use, depending on popularity, number of passes used, uses per cardholder, patron conduct with passes, etc.
